About

I started my photography journey in a search for meaning and purpose. Through the process I began to see the world in a different way. It was approaching everything with curiosity and finding joy in ordinary things that allowed me to appreciate the little details around me. I became fascinated with using photography as a tool to create something I couldn’t see just by looking at it with my naked eye. This aspect of making photographs has always surprised me. 

But I’m also captivated by the act of preserving moments in time. Whether they’re small gestures of everyday life or big events that tell your personal story. It’s the idea of a photographic memory that can bring you back to a feeling in time that inspires me. Because in the end—when we strip everything down to the bone—nothing else matters but the moments we experienced and being with the ones we love.

I’ve always been enamored by the nuances of nature and how much peace is found when we have the opportunity to spend time in it. It’s the chosen backdrop of much of my photography and I couldn’t be more excited for any chance to explore and create in new places. I’m inspired by the natural beauty around us and our ability to feel something when we step into those spaces.
